COMPETITIONS
The 2010 Life Saving Sport Ranking events will kick off with series one taking place in Barry near Cardiff, on the 23rd May. We invite all SLSGB and RLSS members to enter in age categories; U19 yrs (14- 19yrs), Masters (40+) and Open (16+ incl). Races include; Beach Sprints, Beach Flags, Surf Row (Open only) , Run- Swim- Run (U19yrs only), Board Race, Ski Race, Oceanman/ Woman, its a great warm up to the Nationals. http://www.surflifesaving.org.uk/_upload
Devon Champs - The Youth is at Croyde (4th July) and Open/Masters (18th July) will be at Teignmouth those interested please let me know!!
Nationals -The British Life Saving Sport Championships (Masters), sponsored by South West Water, will be held in Falmouth, Cornwall on 7th and 8th August.

First Patrol
Our 2010 campaign begins,
Overcast conditions on spring tides, Surf 0-1ft
Today wasn't a great day weather wise, but Exmouth's sandy stretches were visited by many a soul keen to either start the half term early or make the most of the long weekend.
Maer rocks kept us on our toes and kept serving us up with minor first aids to keep the day ticking by.
